1, Pre-service:

We will analysis the customer requirements on diamond drill bit, and analysis the customer stone is belonged to which kind of stone. The hardness, the strength and so on.

We will adjust our make way of technology of diamond drill bit according customers requirements on cutting plan or cutting speed.

The best way is that the customer can give us one or two pcs samples, we will analysis the samples carefully with our machine. And we can get more exactly data from the diamond drill bit. Then we will give our customer our best price depend on the same quality as the customers samples. If our price is workable in the customers’ market, we will make several sets of samples to texting on the customer market. Then we will get the correct testing result and adjust our make way according the testing result. Then we will improve it and find a better way to make this kind of diamond segments and ensure our diamond segments can fit the customers stone.
